These terms apply when you use CardElite. Please read them before you trade.
Accepting these terms
By using CardElite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use CardElite
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use CardElite.
Using the service
You agree to provide accurate information and to only sell gift cards that you legally own and that are valid and unused.
Trades and payments
You see the rate before you confirm a trade. Once a card is verified, your trade is confirmed and you receive payment for it. Cards found to be invalid, already used, or fraudulent may be declined.
What you may not do
You may not use CardElite for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CardElite is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use CardElite means you accept the changes.
