Sell your Apple (iTunes) gift card for naira

CardElite shows today's live Apple (iTunes) rate in the app, so check it there before you trade. Have your card details ready: whether it's a physical card or one sent by email, and the amount on it. Then choose the card type, enter the amount and review your trade summary before you confirm.

On a physical card, the 16-digit code is on the back. You may need to peel or gently scratch off a label to see it. Use the code that begins with X, not the serial number. If your card came by email, don't tap Redeem Now, because that starts redeeming it to an Apple Account.

Apple Gift Cards have a colourful Apple logo on white. Most App Store & iTunes Gift Cards and App Store Cards are blue with a pattern. Apple Store Gift Cards are a solid colour, such as silver, gold, white or grey, and can't be used in the App Store. Check in the app which types are accepted.

Apple notes that a code may already have been redeemed, a card may not have been activated by the retailer, or a code may be too scratched or damaged to read. Add a clear photo or the exact code. If your card is declined, you'll see the reason, and nothing is finalised until your trade is confirmed.
