Selling a Razer Gold gift card: questions

What is the Razer Gold gift card rate today?
Check the live Razer Gold rate in the CardElite app before you trade. The app also shows which Razer Gold countries and card types CardElite accepts, so have your Razer Gold PIN's region and amount ready, then choose the matching options and review your trade summary before you confirm.
Where is the PIN on a Razer Gold card, and is it the serial number?
On a physical Razer Gold card, the PIN is under the scratch-off strip, so scratch gently and keep every character readable. A digital PIN usually arrives by email or in your order details. The serial number is a separate number, not the PIN, so add the full PIN or a clear photo of it.
Which Razer Gold card types and regions are there?
Razer Gold comes as physical cards sold in stores and digital PINs sent by email. PINs are issued for a region and currency, such as United States (USD), Malaysia (MYR), Singapore (SGD) or the Philippines (PHP), and Razer says a PIN reloads in the region it was bought from. Check which one yours is before you trade.
Why might my Razer Gold card be declined?
Razer says a PIN won't reload if the serial number was entered instead of the full PIN, if it's used outside the region it was bought for, or if it was already used. Scratched-off characters or an expired PIN can also stop it working. If your card is declined, CardElite shows you the reason.
Does a Razer Gold PIN expire?
Yes, it can. Razer says PINs bought on Razer.com are valid for one year from the purchase date, and the email receipt shows the exact expiry date. Expired PINs cannot be reinstated. If your Razer Gold PIN came from another store, check the details that came with it, and sell it while it is still unused and within date.
