Nike gift cards have a card number and a separate PIN. On a physical card, both are on the back. For an e-gift card, open the delivery email, select "View My Gift Card" and verify the email address to see the number and PIN. In the app, enter both exactly or upload a clear photo.

Nike sells physical gift cards and digital e-gift cards sent by email. Cards are issued for a specific country or region: US cards follow terms for the United States and Puerto Rico, while the UK, the EU and Japan have their own terms. In the app, pick the matching card type and country, and check which ones are accepted.

A Nike trade may be declined if the card has no balance left, the card number or PIN is missing, wrong or unreadable, or the country or card type you picked doesn't match the card. CardElite's team reviews trades; if yours is declined you'll see why, and nothing is finalised until it's confirmed.
